“Don’t put yourself last while raising kids” – Woman shares advice after signing divorce papers

An American woman, ChickyDC, has shared some advice after signing her divorce papers.

“I signed divorce papers last week so here’s my advice. Wait until your

frontal lobe is developed to get married,” she wrote in a post on September 1, 2025.

 

“Don’t put yourself last while raising kids and there is no shame in starting over. And there are still so many people left to love you.”
